About
For more than twelve years I have been valuing and selling residential property in Milan: entire new-build developments, family estates, prestige homes.
After studying economics and working in London, Paris and Shanghai, I chose Milan and residential real estate. I support developers, funds and asset managers in defining the product and selling it, and I guide families and private clients through decisions about their property.
I am an independent professional. Because of my experience in selling new developments, companies and agencies often bring me in as a consultant for tenders, entrust me with representing them on specific projects or include me in their team for the duration of a project. I work with some of Milan's most renowned agencies and I am open to new collaborations with serious players in the sector.

Passion and goals
I learned early on to look at a building for its quality, even before its price.
My father, an architect, worked for Rome's cultural heritage authority at the wonderful Villa Giulia; my mother at the French Academy in Rome, at Villa Medici. I grew up among museums, in Rome and abroad. My grandparents, passionate about architecture and painting, commissioned Marcello D'Olivo to design their home in 1975. That is where my way of reading a property comes from: the light, the layout, the materials and the quality of the design, before the square metres.

Education
I graduated in Business Administration from LUISS in Rome, went on to a master's degree in Business Economics in Turin and completed my studies with the Master in Management at ESCP Business School, between London and Paris.
That is why I read a price list, a sales plan or a valuation the way an investor does: margins, timing, risks and how well the value holds over time. It is what allows me to talk on equal terms with fund managers, developers and banks, and to explain in plain words to a family what their property is really worth, and why.
