Case study
High-end furnished residences, between unit-by-unit sales and a block offer to investors
An early twentieth-century Liberty building in the Magenta district, a few minutes from Parco Sempione, redeveloped while keeping the historic façade and inner courtyard intact. Twenty-one fully furnished residences with pieces by leading Italian designers, from one-bedroom apartments to a super-penthouse, and the services of a prestige residence: concierge, spa and gym, and a chef's bistro overlooking the courtyard.
Adding value to a property conceived as a single complex, at values among the highest in the Milan market, over 12,500 euros per square metre. An unusual product, furnished and serviced, that could appeal to very different audiences: people looking for a home in Milan, those wanting a pied-à-terre, and investors seeking rental income. The most effective strategy had to be chosen between unit-by-unit sales and a block sale.
Sales lead for the project on behalf of the appointed agency:
Italian and international investors, professionals and families looking for a pied-à-terre in central Milan.
